STEP 5: MAKE A CANVAS LIKE TEXTURE.
with the texture layer selected go to top menu>FILTER>STYLIZE>OIL PAINT it will open in a new window where you have to make the settings, now set the stylization between 5-7, set cleanliness to 2.1, the scale to 5 and shine to 1.55. when done click ok. you have successfully make a canvas like texture.

BONUS. YOU CAN ADD SIGNATURE TO YOUR DRAWING.
create a new layer place it above the photo layer and name it signature, with the layer selected now go to the tools menu and locate “LASSO TOOL” use it to draw whatever you like as a signature and make sure you end the drawing at your start point so it will automatically turn to a selection, now check the tools menu again and locate the “PAINT BUCKET TOOL” make sure you set the foreground color to gray and fill the signature selection with it now you get a signature next to your drawing.
